It is the organization of the wedding ceremony and wedding reception from A to Z, starting with the planning of the wedding budget and the preparation schedule, through, among other things, finding and contracting all the service providers you need, preparing a personalized vision of the decoration, ordering the invitations and wedding stationery, supporting you when deciding on the wedding menu, up to the creation of the wedding day scenario, so all the logistics, and the coordination of your special day, which you can learn more about in the 3rd point.

Partial organization

A flexible offer where you will be able to count on me to support you with selected elements of your wedding ceremony and wedding reception, no matter how much time is left until your wedding day. This can range from helping with one element to several. The decision is up to you. Give me a call or send me an email and we'll arrange a meeting, where we'll look together at what you can't handle on your own, or simply you don't feel like it or you don’t have time to deal with these particular issues.

Coordination of

This is a service that usually starts about 3 - 4 months before the wedding and is not at all just about coordinating the wedding day itself. To make sure everything will be as you dreamed it to be, I will contact your service providers, read through the contracts you have signed and the arrangements you have made with them and prepare a wedding day scenario so everyone knows what to do, at what time and where.

I will prepare some contingency plans for various unforeseen circumstances. I will think of everything for you. I will take care of all the logistics of the day, such as what time the wedding cake will be delivered to the venue, where and who should pick it up, or when is the best time to organize the group photo. Also, I will make sure everything looks the way it was meant to look.

As for the wedding day itself,

I will be there for you, along with the other coordinator, from the very preparations until the last point in the wedding day scenario. We will make sure that behind the scenes everything goes smoothly and according to plan. If necessary, we will also give you a tissue to wipe away the tears of emotion or give you a big hug before the wedding ceremony to loosen you up a bit. All that is left for you to do is focus on celebrating your love, spending this special time with your loved ones and simply enjoying the moment.

First meeting

Depending on what you prefer, we will meet for a coffee in town or online. The first meeting is to get to know each other better. You will tell me about your wedding vision, ask the questions that are bothering you and together we will consider to what extent you need my help and, consequently, what the scope of our cooperation should be. Thanks to this meeting, you will also find out whether we are on the same wavelength, which is extremely important. After all, we will be spending a lot of time together.

The first meeting is free of charge and without any obligation.

Offer and contract

After the meeting, you will receive from me a personalized offer that will meet your wedding needs. You will also get a preliminary wedding cost estimation from me, so you can see how we can fit the budget into your dreams.

Once you have decided to entrust me with the organization of your wedding ceremony and wedding reception we sign a contract and get started!

Planning and organization

At the beginning you will receive a wedding schedule from me, in which I show you the different steps of the preparations. You will be able to see it at all times, which will give you a better idea of what has already been done, what we are currently working on and what is in the plan for next month.

The wedding budget I have prepared is not just numbers, but also additional information, such as payment dates to service providers. But don't worry, I will remind you of the upcoming payment anyway, so you don't have to remember it.

You can count on me above all to find the right service providers. I will only suggest you companies that I have tried and tested, that are professional, reliable and tailored to the style of your wedding ceremony and wedding reception. I will be in touch with you via phone and email throughout the process, and also we can arrange online or in person meetings if you wish.

Coordination of the wedding ceremony and wedding reception

This is the moment I am waiting for! We will finally see all the jigsaw puzzles come together into one beautiful whole. Prior to coordination, I will prepare a wedding day scenario for you and the service providers so that everyone knows what needs to happen at a time and when, where and who needs to show up.

My second coordinator and I are with you from the very beginning, keeping an eye on everything that happens in the wedding hall, at the ceremony venue and with you. We react to various surprises that we won't bother you with.

Post wedding support

I will help you with the final settlements with service providers, legal formalities or the return of rented decorations and attractions.
